To access our remote support and training services you need to take the following steps:
Step 1 Create a free SKYPE account using the following link:
http://www.skype.com/go/download/
Skype was founded in 2003 by Niklas Zennström and Janus Friis. Skype created a little piece of software that makes communicating with people around the world easy and fun. With Skype you can say hello or share a laugh with anyone, anywhere. And if both of you are on Skype, it’s free.
Step 2. Test your SKYPE account.
We recommend a simple headset with microphone as it eliminates echo. Open SKYPE and go to Tools/Options/Sound Devices/Make a test call to Skype answering machine
Step 3. Download the VNC viewer on to your computer.
Click this link to get the download the view client....
VNC stands for Virtual Network Computing. It is remote control software which allows you to view and fully interact with one computer desktop (the "VNC server") using a simple program (the "VNC viewer") on another computer desktop anywhere on the Internet. The two computers don't even have to be the same type, so for example you can use VNC to view a Windows Vista desktop at the office on a Linux or Mac computer at home. For ultimate simplicity, there is even a Java viewer, so that any desktop can be controlled remotely from within a browser without having to install software.
VNC is in widespread active use by millions throughout industry, academia and privately. There are several versions to choose from, including this free version and some substantially enhanced commercial versions.
Step 4. Add "bbo_support" as a contact to your Skype account and call or text once your user account has been approved
